Can biotin affect birthonntrol..... shes paranoid.....?

My fiance and I are in a long distance relationship and have not seen each other since Nov, except for a few days in May. She has been on Birth Control for about 7months now. I saw her about a week into her new month of pills. After the first time we had she was freaking out because her stomach was hurting and acting weird, as she puts it. She started her pills which make her have a period on Sunday, but she has yet to see her period. She is very scared and nervous. All last week she was very moody, which i notice before she gets her period. She took a pregnancy test this morning which was negative. Is it too early? She started taking Biotin, which is a dietary suppliment late last week. My question is, could the biotin affect her birthcontrol. She told me she has been feeling stomach cramps yesterday and today, which usually mean her period is about to show up. Is it normal to be on the sugar pills 3 days in and not see a period? She has been very stressed lately.
