De ja vu question???????!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

is it tru that if you get de ja vu that you lived on earth before?? becuzz i get de ja vu all the time and i was just wondering and if we did have a previous life than how come i cant remeber it? im so confused on how that works someone help????
