Mascherano just got charged with improper conduct? Isn't this ridiculous?!?

And to be fair, shouldnt they charge C. Ronaldo with improper conduct too, for taking his shirt off at the end of each game on the pitch? Who will compensate me fot this visual abuse I have to go through everytime?
