I have a man in my life we both decided that there would be nothing serious but we both fell hard.?

This individual and i said that it would just be platonic with our union he would get what he needed and so would i but we then got very serious, he decided he wasnt ready but i am stuck in love, we still have contact but i suffer what should i do, i cant be without him in my life but it hurts like hell to know i cant have him entirely.
