My 10 month old is realy congested wut can i do?

she woke up p retty sick today really fussy had a runny nose had a bit of a temperature .. i just got her back to bed i gave her saline drops proped her up in her crib by putting a folded blanket under her blanket i dont know what else to do i also had a shower earlier and she sat in her bouncy chair didnt seem to do much any suggestions i feel really sad right now that shes sick :(
