Non of the above as Mexican Americans don't buy auto insurance as they will not be sued or prosecuted criminally for causing any accident. They simply run back to Mexico or find a sanctuary city like San Francisco which will give them a new car and money for their rent and groceries from monies collected from other tax paying responsible citizens. I realize this is not politically correct and somewhat of a generalization but generalizations are generally true.
