What should i do with this?

i met thru a networking site a guy (and by "met" i meant talked to on a game on the site) and it was a weird thing.... then i found out he was rly old and creepy..... what i did was wrong.... and its over and im not even on the game or any like it ever again.... i blocked him and now i don't know i if i can unblock him i don't know if he saved my name i cant remember if i gave it to him but every time i look at my block list (not every often honesty this was the first time i think lol ) i remember and i wnat to forget
