Whats the meaning of the saying "Jesus is my airbag"?

There is a bumper sticker saying that on my Foo Fighters Dave Grohl poster. I have been thinking about it and what i've come up with is that it means to live life fast and have fun but when **** hits the fan you hope jesus is there to save you. Just wondering what others might think it means.
