I live in the KC metro area and am looking for a good place to go for New Years, but im not 21. Any ideas?

Im under 21 to, and this year for New Years I think Im just getting together with my friends and were gonna mess around the whole night. But I'm under 18 to. You might be able to go to the party at the power and light district, but you wouldn't be able to drink. The same with most other parties. I would suggest you do what Im doing. Unless you have a better option at collage.
